After your registration has been received, you will receive a confirmation packet with all necessary program details and horse camp or white water permission forms if applicable. Day Campers will receive health forms with their confirmation packets.
Health forms MUST be received with balance no later than June 1, 2008. If you are unable to download the health form or have other questions, please call our office for assistance, 410-329-6590 or email, info@camppuhtok.com

Financial Assistance
Camp Puh'Tok, through various charitable organizations and individuals, has a limited amount of financial assistance available.
Financial aid requests are processed in the order that they are received. The deadline for 2008 applications has passed. Please call the office for the status of your application.
